The artworks presented here stylistically represent the figure – that has consistently been central to my career as a visual artist. I prefer working with oil paint, as it aligns with my personal sensibility for developing nuanced colour and atmospheric effects within my artworks. While a subtle and highly detailed approach might be evident, the paint is manipulated not only to achieve realistic rendering but also to convey a sense of beauty alongside other abstract qualities inherent to this medium.
